The articles that govern correspondence between Noireluxia — "the House" — and its readers, written to be read, not merely accepted.
I.
The Compact
Your use of Noireluxia ("the House") — its website, editions, memberships and services — constitutes acceptance of these articles.
II.
The Ledger
Orders are subject to acceptance by our editors. Prices, availability and dispatch dates are confirmed at the moment of acknowledgement, not at the moment of order.
III.
Membership
Membership in the Society is personal, non-transferable, and revocable in cases of conduct incompatible with the Comportment.
IV.
Intellectual Property
All editorial matter, imagery, typography and design belongs to Noireluxia or its contributors. It may not be reproduced without written consent.
V.
Contributions
Manuscripts, letters and submissions offered to Noireluxia remain the property of the author; publication grants the House a limited licence to print, translate and archive.
VI.
Liability
Noireluxia offers its editions and services in good faith and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from their use.
VII.
Governing Law
These articles are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
VIII.
Amendments
Noireluxia may revise these articles from time to time. Material changes are announced by the Bulletin and dated above.
